I use this data to develop a customized training program for each of my clients, tailored toward his/her wishes. We also perform Fitness evaluations on each of our clients which consist of the Step Test, Flexibility Test, Resting Heart Rate, Body Fat Anaylsis, as well as BMI and Blood pressure test. We use these test as a benchmark for your future goals. We also track & monitor your progress by re-testing.

There are many ways to shed some excess pounds but usually, just a little bit of jogging won’t do the trick. I particularly pay attention to your posture and technique to make sure you dont get hurt. I am also very focused on finding the right kind of challenge for you.
