Not everyone likes to train alone. Sometimes it's helpful to have a friend with you, so you can cheer and support each other. My training methods also offer training choices so that even multiple persons working out together can attain exactly what they are looking for.
The classic training program. You as the client and I as your trainer. Depending on the program you choose, we can train on self defense techiniques, cardio-kickboxing, resistance, exercises, jog through the parks together or work out on the machines.However,in this type of training method I don’t see myself as the drill sergeant, but more as a partner who will motivate and support you to reach and exceed your goals.Only Iron sharpens Iron.
Why not bring a friend? Working out is always a lot more fun if you have a partner. So don't leave your friend behind when you go train. Sometimes you just have to hold each other accountable, or push a little bit. But they will love you in the long run. Thats what friends are for. You can fool a lot of people but not that best friend!

A close-knit family is a guarantee to good results: in the kitchen, on vacation, and also in the gym. Of course, the training for the entire family is based on the minimum skill level of all family members. It is very important to me that no one gets left behind.
